Advancing Business was founded by Andrew Parker who leads all client programmes and works with a select group of associates to deliver client projects. Andrew Parker operated as a Managing Director across several companies for over fifteen years running businesses up to £250m turnover. He has worked with small and medium sized businesses for over 25 years, assisting many of them to grow. He has advised over 100 clients on business related issues, providing strategic reviews, creating marketing and business development plans, driving growth plans, delivering business coaching, recruiting and developing management teams, raising finance, and securing acquisitions and delivering disposals. He is skilled across general management, marketing, sales, finance, operations, customer services and IT management.	Andrew himself is a business owner and founding director of Advancing Business with personal start up experience. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the Institute of Business Advisors. He has a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors with management course certifications from Ashridge and Cranfield. Advancing Business Ltd works very closely with Business Link Surrey, local accountants and solicitors. The company has invested heavily to achieve full registration to the Department of Trade & Industry’s National Consultancy Register. This rigorous registration process involves careful validation of skills, experiences and client testimonials to select high quality providers suitable to assist the governments national implementation plan of best practice management methods and disciplines into the UK’s strategically important SME sector.
