The Challenge:
The poor business performance was concerning the directors of this young technology company. The business had developed exciting products but was failing to get sustainable momentum in turnover growth.

Advancing Business Solution:
A programme of business coaching support was designed to assist the business and all three directors. A series of six structured business review meetings and a series of one to one sessions with the MD and Sales Director were instigated.

The impact on the individuals and the business has been substantial. Skills and capability gaps have been recognised and understood by the entire team. Sales results and the sales pipeline activity has increased very quickly. Business meetings and objectives are better prioritised, focussed and formalised. Sales and marketing awareness and skill levels have considerably improved resulting in better presentations, tender responses, cold calls and direct mail marketing activities. Confidence, motivation and commitment levels have been re-energised and new large contracts have been won.
