It's always pleasing to get one of those experiences that does "exactly what is says on the can!" - Working with Advancing Business has been one of the most positive and productive business initiatives I have ever undertaken.

At our first meeting I explained my goal was to grow the company. I said that the ultimate measure of success from the service would be revenue and profitability growth. I have just reviewed the figures and during the period of your support as Non-Executive Chairman, turnover has grown 800% and profitability even more. Your combined strategic and commercial input has helped us enormously and I too have personally learnt a lot during the engagement. Your breadth of business knowledge and experience along with your continuous openness, support and availability to our needs has been simply invaluable.

I feel MobileLocate is now much better equipped to become the UK market leader in mobile phone location services. We have a much more focused marketing strategy that has created significantly better customer targeted propositions, more effective pricing plans and improved channels to market. Dear Sirs,
Andrew started work with Solutions Training & Advisory ltd in the Spring of 2004 to perform a “Strategic Review" on the company that has traded since 1992. I was initially very sceptical about this as a previous adviser some three years ago was unable to make any meaningful contributions to the growth of the business. However after our first meeting I was persuaded that Andrew had the skills to help us grow the company.

That initial process has now finished and we have a robust plan which provides us the springboard to raise additional finance which will guide us to the growth that we seek.
