The company had been established for over 12 years, had developed
a niche offering, but turnover levels remained relatively flat.
The owner wished to acquire support to provide direction, focus,
skills, momentum and assistance to drive growth.

new business plan and work alongside the owner to strengthen the
leadership and support for full implementation.
Clients Outcome:
Working together, the client has successfully managed to contract
an exclusive arrangement with the world’s largest E–learning
organisation to promote heath and safety E-learning programmes.
The client highlighted the service to be particularly helpful
in the following areas:

framework
- Providing a very effective coaching role
to the Business Manager and Director in the development of the
business plan
